Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout. If you have a custom order that you have emailed or messaged us about, payment is due after proof is approved by the customer. Order production will begin once payment is received in full.
All of our signs are made from real wood! We embrace the natural beauty of the wood, such as knots, grain, small cracks, and holes. Hand making our product may cause variations between the picture and the received item, however we try our best to maintain quality and accuracy for each and every order. Your piece will be wonderfully unique!

Please be as descriptive as possible and provide any and all details that contribute to the overall aesthetic of your design. We will email a design draft for your approval before making your product. Please allow a processing time of up to 10 business days for a design preview to be emailed to you.
We reserve the right to SHARE any and all designs we create, including custom designs, on all social media outlets. We reserve the right to SELL any and all designs we create, including custom designs, in any of our retail outlets, including our online store.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for regular orders to be processed prior to shipping. Custom orders may take up to 5-7 days to receive a proof design. Rush orders may be available upon request for a small additional charge.
